Ltd, the short form of Group of Engineers for Appropriate Technology-Nepal (former GREAT Nepal consultants) is a service oriented consulting firm, equipped with resourceful professionals representing a broad of spectrum of expertise has been managed by a group of young, dynamic and dedicated Engineers working in different sectors of Research & Development, Water supply and sanitation projects, Infrastructure Technology, Local Ropeway Technology, River Crossing Technology, Gravity Ropeway, Tuins, Ghirlings,  Roads and Bridges, Energy and engineering including Micro/Mini hydro power since last 10 years. We have also been pre-qualified by the AEPC/ESAP for the survey and design of the micro hydropower up to 500 kW/1MW capacity (1^st Category) and for installation up to 100 kW. We have been performed task with best engineering practices of full satisfaction that opportunity granted to us in various part of country.

GREAT Nepal  legally registered in 2002 with the Department of Industries Nepal Government the company offers a wide range of consulting services and envisages to provide support services in the area of infrastructure technology. The company offers technical consulting services for a multitude of developmental activities such as Planning, Project Management, Socio-economic studies, Feasibility studies, Survey, Design and Cost estimate of Rural Infrastructure Developments basically Alternate Energy and Alternate Transportation.
